Our Guards are like soldiers and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our Standards. To ensure that the guards match up to the high Standards in quality, all our guards have to undergo a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, integrity and motivation and individuals who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well. We have ex-service men who are involved in selection process. We recruit guards having minimum 10th standard schooling, smart with a height of 160 cm and age between 19 to 50 years old . Police verification is done for all recruitments including Field Officers at the respective Police Station.

BASIC TRAINING
The security personnel basic training program is conducted to provide behavioral skills and attitudes, as well as concepts and knowledge necessary to function effectively as a security personnel. Many tasks performed involve good public relations and awareness of the legal authority and responsibility for use of force are extremely important. In addition to above, training consist of drills, PE test, Fire fighting, Indoor and Outdoor training conducted by our Ex-service men. Our Guards are thought to maintain Employer and Employee relationship during their service on the clients location.
